Affiliate disclosure

Every dispatch ends with a list of the books we used. Some of those links may, in future, be affiliate links: if you buy a book through one, the shop pays us a small commission and the price to you stays the same.

Right now, no link on this site is an affiliate link. We’ll update this page, and mark the links, before that changes.

A commission never decides which books we cite. We cite the sources we used, and we say when a popular book is unreliable.
